The FSIC American Innovation and Opportunity Fund (AIOF) promotes Economic Empowerment and Inclusion through its Dream Creators Workforce Development Program and its Economic Inclusion Audit Task Force.  FSIC believes if minority and underserved communities can participate in the modern workforce the economy will flourish for all Americans.
