The FSIC Healthcare Inclusion Task Force respectfully urges TN legislators to oppose HB 1959.
HB 1959 would force widespread pharmacy closures across Tennessee. This restriction could force widespread closures of chain retail pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, supermarket pharmacies, and mail-order services that serve hundreds of thousands of Tennesseans.

FSIC New Jersey Policy Initiative Letter to Speaker Coughlin, Minority Leader DiMaio, and Members of the NJ General Assembly in support of Assembly Bill A4598. “This bill would give New Jersey families the option of regulated debt relief, allowing them to access services that help manage unsecured debt, reduce financial stress, and avoid bankruptcy.”
