FSIC American Innovation and Opportunity Fund (AIOF) in association with the Leading Ladies of Richmond and the SCL Global Policy Initiative are excited to announce the date for their “Small Business Lending Workshop”. The event will be held via webinar on February 25, 2021 at 7:00 pm ET.
Too often the dream of starting a small business ends with a rejection letter from a traditional bank and the sponsors of this event believe there must be a better way. The workshop will offer new and existing African American Women small business owners the chance to receive expert assistance in applying for and securing either a Minority Impact Small Business Empowerment Funding Loan or a Kiva Small Business Microloan.
“The Leading Ladies of Richmond organization has a stellar record of helping African American Women start or expand their own small businesses. This event will offer them a chance to access capital typically denied by the traditional banking system.” said Brady Buckner, President of AIOF.
